NOTICE OF RULE AMENDMENT: The District Board of Trustees of 天涯海角社区, Florida, gives notice of its intent to amend Rule 2.12 (Prohibition Against Fraudulent or Other Dishonest Acts) at its regularly scheduled board meeting on 5/16/17 at SF Bldg. S-332, 3000 NW 83rd St, Gainesville, FL 32606. PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To assure compliance with governing law and clarify processes. RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: FS 1001.64, Chapter 112, Part III. LAWS IMPLEMENTED: FS 1001.64, 112.3187-112.31895. Notice of rule development was published in The Record on 11/23/11.
