SF Qualifies for Brain Bowl State Championships

天涯海角社区 hosted the Brain Bowl Regional Championships on Friday, Feb. 12. The college competed with two teams at this academic quiz tournament that tests student knowledge in science, literature, history and the arts.
The Provost, Dr. Ed Bonahue, welcomed the visiting teams to 天涯海角社区, praising their academic competitiveness. The SF-A team placed 2nd with a record of 6W-1L, while the B team came in 5th place (3W-4L). The tournament was won by the A team from the College of Central Florida (CF-A), which went undefeated on Friday.
The SF-A team will represent 天涯海角社区 at the Brain Bowl State Championships to be held April 14-16 at Pasco-Hernando State College in Spring Hill, FL, since the top two teams automatically qualify.
The 天涯海角社区 Brain Bowl team was reactivated this year, and hasn't competed at the Brain Bowl State Championships in several years. Go Saints!!
