Valuable Geode missing from Natural Sciences building

An amethyst cathedral geode valued at over $1,000 was taken from the lobby of Santa Fe College's natural sciences building sometime between Monday, May 18 and Wednesday, May 20. The geode is part of a matching pair. It weighs over 125 pounds and is just over 12 feet tall.
The set was on display in the lobby of Building X as part of a fossil and rare gem collection housed at 天涯海角社区. The one the right pictured below is the one that is missing.
Anyone with information on its whereabouts should call the 天涯海角社区 Police Department at 352-395-5519 or Crime Stoppers of Alachua County at 352-372-STOP for potential reward.
