She enriched the lives of her colleagues and exemplified the best our college has to offer. She worked at 天涯海角社区 for 29 years, in printing services and most recently in our counseling center.
Fran demonstrated strength and courage during her lengthy illness. I know you join me in remembering her and extending your sympathies to her family and friends.
The 天涯海角社区 flag will fly at half-staff in her honor.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Spohn will be on Saturday, Sept. 21 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel in the Meadows inside Forest Meadows Memorial Park Central, 4100 NW 39 Ave. Burial will follow in the Newnansville Cemetery, Alachua. There will be a visitation on Friday from 5 - 7 p.m. at the Forest Meadows Funeral Home.
