Fee deadline and book charging extended
September 3, 2025
Because of the large increase in enrollment and the time needed to process book charging and student fees, 天涯海角社区 will extend book charging at the SF Bookstore starting Thursday, September 4, and ending Friday, September 5, at 2 p.m.
A bookstore line of credit will not be available until the student receives an official notification in eSantaFe confirming it is ready.
To be eligible for Book Charging, students must:
- Complete the Book Charging Authorization. Go to eSantaFe > Finances > FA Authorizations.
- Have financial aid that exceeds your tuition and fee balance.
- Complete all required loan documents, if charging books against loans.
Additionally, students will have until Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 10 p.m. to pay any remaining balance before classes are dropped for non-payment.
To check your balance go to eSantaFe > My Classes> My Schedule.
If you owe a balance, pay it at eSantaFe > Finances > View and Pay Fees.
