Policy Overview

As of July 1, 2016, a Beverage Exclusivity Agreement is in effect between ÌìÑĺ£½ÇÉçÇø College and the Pepsi Beverages Company.

Covered Beverages

All carbonated soft drinks, teas, coffees, juices, sports drinks, energy drinks, and water (including sparkling) served on any SF campus must be a brand that is owned by or licensed to the Pepsi Beverages Company.

Exempt Beverages

Dairy products; smoothies/shakes prepared onsite; freshly-made coffee/tea/lemonade (such as for catering); and homemade punch served in an unbranded container are exempt from exclusivity.

Catering Beverages

Caterers of on-campus events must adhere to this exclusivity agreement. Unless the caterer already has an agreement with Pepsi, they must order directly from Pepsi using the college's contract pricing.

Personal Beverages

Employees may purchase any brand for personal consumption on campus. However, any beverage served to others at an event open to the college community and/or the public must adhere to this exclusivity agreement.

Ordering Instructions

As of May 2025, Pepsi has altered their delivery procedure. If your Pepsi order is smaller than 15 cases, contact the Purchasing Director. (Student Life departments should contact Chris Spence-Thomas.)

If you are ordering more than 15 cases, create a requisition and confirm the purchase order with Pepsi.
