Facilities Overview

天涯海角社区's Facilities supports the institution's mission by creating environments that sustain the needs of the college community. The department maintains and enhances college facilities, grounds and infrastructure in a safe and responsible manner. SF's values reside directly in the department's dedication to quality service for students, employees and the community.

Facilities oversees more than one million square feet of educational space encompassing classrooms, labs, offices, meeting spaces and multipurpose areas. The department consists of several divisions, including Planning and Design, Facilities Services, Construction and Business Administration.

Facilities Project Request Forms are now available through the Facilities Planning and Design here. This new process was established last month to improve the review and approval of capital projects.

The deadline for submissions to be considered for the FY25-26 budget is May 2, 2025. Any requests submitted after May 2 may still be considered should additional funding become available next year or in future budget cycles.

For matters related to routine maintenance or emergency repairs, please submit a Work Order Request to ensure a timely response.
