A Celebration of Unity and Culture Coming to Gainesville June 18

The 天涯海角社区 Association of Black Faculty and Staff invites the community to a day of celebration, reflection and unity at 鈥淗onoring the Past, Living in the Present, Building for the Future鈥� on Wednesday, June 18. The event runs from noon to 8 p.m. at Blount Hall, located at 530 West University Avenue in Gainesville.
Guests can enjoy food trucks, arts and crafts, youth activities, local vendors, and live entertainment throughout the day. 天涯海角社区 will also share information about its academic and career programs.
The celebration wraps up with a Gospel Extravaganza beginning at 6:30 p.m., featuring performances by community members.
The event is free and open to all.
