BANCF Honors 53 Graduates for Excellence in the Skilled Trades

The Builders Association of North Central Florida (BANCF) proudly celebrated the 2025 Apprenticeship Graduation with a packed house filled with proud families, friends and industry leaders. A total of 53 graduates were honored for their dedication, perseverance and skilled craftsmanship across various trades.

The evening featured an inspiring keynote address from Bryan Harrington, VP of Charles Perry Partners, Inc, who emphasized the essential role of tradespeople in building strong communities and a bright future. The ceremony concluded with heartfelt closing remarks from Nancy Perry, who encouraged graduates to take pride in their accomplishments and continue their journey with confidence and excellence.

 

Several graduates were recognized for outstanding achievement in their respective programs:

  • Most Outstanding Electrical Apprentices: Connor Goodson and Aaron Fowler
  • Most Outstanding Carpentry Apprentices: Uzias Santiago and Jack Martin
  • Outstanding Building Maintenance Apprentice: Dan Mojer
  • Outstanding Plumbing Apprentice: Albert Rodriguez
  • Outstanding HVAC Apprentice: Nicholas Marshall

In addition, three apprentices were commended for achieving perfect attendance throughout the program — a mark of their commitment and professionalism:

  • Jack Martin
  • Del Baldwin
  • Uzias Santiago
