I began my language journey by learning German at 15 and developed my love for this
language into my vocation today through my experiences with learning seven other languages.
At Daytona State College, I taught Spanish as a Supplemental Instructor and tutored
Spanish, French, German, and ASL in the college library with my extra time. After
finishing at Daytona State College, I attended the University of Florida and received
my Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics in December 2023. I also pursued a CELTA certificate
to teach English from Cambridge University in Summer 2023. Through the last ten years
of my life, I have nurtured and spread my love for languages to all my students.

Hey, Saints! Having been born in Naples, and recently moved to Gainesville, I've always
called the swamp 'home' in one way or another. I am thrilled to be part of the Learning
Commons and help facilitate accessible learning for all students; Accommodations in
education has always been important to me. Outside of work, I enjoy keeping fish with
my fianc茅 and hope to pursue degrees in Anthropology and Library Sciences.
