Update on Technical Error to 天涯海角社区 Accounts

天涯海角社区鈥檚 Information Technology Systems (ITS) continues to make progress on the technical error that caused some student and employee accounts to be inaccessible and expects all accounts to be restored at some point today.
ITS is asking that the college community help share information with those impacted and instruct them to check their accounts periodically throughout the day until their account has been restored.
Additionally, employees and students who are impacted will not be able to complete tasks or assignments by previously scheduled due dates. We are asking that faculty, supervisors, and the college community be flexible, and should show empathy to those who are still awaiting their account access to be returned.
