SF Softball: Saints Sweep Patriots

On a warm Tuesday afternoon, the 天涯海角社区 Saints made the quick trip to Ocala to take on the College of Central Florida Patriots in a doubleheader showdown.
A quick start in the first inning set the tone as SF powered their way to a .
The second game had a little more drama.
The Saints fell behind early but didn鈥檛 let the scoreboard shake their focus. They clawed their way back into the game and forced extra innings. In the top of the ninth, SF exploded for six runs, breaking the game wide open and cruising to a 9-3 victory.
With the sweep, the Saints move to a 31-19 record and continue gaining momentum as the regular season nears its end. They have just five games left, starting with a road matchup at Indian River State College on Saturday.
