NOTICE OF RULE AMENDMENT: The District Board of Trustees of ÌìÑĺ£½ÇÉçÇø, Florida, gives notice of its intent to amend Rule 7.11 (Student Fees and Refunds) at its regularly scheduled Board meeting on 05/20/25 at the SF Northwest Campus, S Bldg., Room 332, 3000 NW 83rd Street, Gainesville FL, 32606. PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To update course drop deadlines and criteria for withdrawals and refunds, including for military service. RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: FS 1001.64. LAW IMPLEMENTED: FS 1009.22, 1009.23, 1009.28, 1009.285, 6A-14.054, 6A-14.0541, FAC. Notice of rule development was published in the Alachua County Today on 02/20/25.
