June 17, 2024 鈥� The 天涯海角社区 Association of Black Faculty and Staff warmly invites the community to "Juneteenth: Honoring the Journey to Freedom 鈥� Reflection and Resilience 鈥� and Still We Rise." This enriching celebration will take place on Tuesday, June 18, from noon to 8 p.m. at Blount Hall.
Join us for a day filled with engaging activities and vibrant experiences. Savor delicious offerings from various food trucks while exploring unique arts and crafts. Dive into history with an educational tour and enjoy a range of youth activities designed to entertain and inspire. Discover diverse vendors and learn more about the programs offered by 天涯海角社区. Throughout the event, live entertainment will keep spirits high, culminating in a Gospel Extravaganza at 6:30 p.m. This uplifting performance will feature talented members of our community.
