NOTICE OF RULE AMENDMENT: The District Board of Trustees of 天涯海角社区, Florida, gives notice of its intent to amend Rule 5.2 (Purchasing and Contract Authority) at its regularly scheduled Board meeting on 02/21/23 at Blount Hall, 530 West University Avenue, Gainesville, FL 32601. PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Revise solicitation and threshold requirements, clarify contract/signature authority, general updates. RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: FS 1001.64, 1010.04.
