SF College Implements New Campus Watch Program

天涯海角社区 has the largest sworn police force of all state colleges, officials say.
"That's just a small piece" of keeping the campus safe, Police Chief Ed Book told an audience on Wednesday.
Safety, per his professional philosophy, relies on the participation and alertness of all campus stakeholders, Book said. That's how Safe 天涯海角社区, the new campus watch program, was borne.
