Come and celebrate Tom Terry as he moves into the next part of his life, 2:30-4 p.m. Wednesday, May 25 at the Institute of Public Safety. Major Terry is retiring after 12 years of service with the 天涯海角社区 Selection Center, the 天涯海角社区 Police Department, and the Institute of Public Safety.
